Holding Tank installations for all different liquids and oils can be installed by HYM, whether it is poly or precast concrete tank we can install it above or below ground for you. Rainwater tanks for all properties regardless can be supplied and installed by HYM with a guaranteed standard. Grease trap below or above ground can be installed to meet the council standards to resolve your trade waste problems.
Back Flow & Thermostatic Valve Installation & Testing
We can test, install, repair any valve to pass your council standards whether it is a hose tap or a fully contaminated zoned area. We will get your problems passed through your local council by our expert team members.
Pump Repairs and Replacements

HYM holds an accreditation with the highest standard to work with HDPE and PE pipes, all workers in Queensland are required to hold this licence. We have all the equipment necessary for a new installations/connection and or to repair most PE piping systems.

How It Works
What causes leaks?
Often, the cause of a leak is due to an increase of pressure and ground movement. Leaks can be difficult to find as water can run far away from the original source. When this happens, locating a small leak and its origin, becomes tricky. Repairing leaks can be a complicated job, so it’s best to leave it in the hands of HYM Plumbing & Gas.
Why is my toilet running?
A running toilet isn’t just a nuisance it can waste litres each day and without realising it, can vastly increase your water bill. A running toilet is caused by an internal part passing. It is usually a new inlet valve that needs replacing or an outlet washer that is worn. These are common problems and can be rectified by calling HYM Plumbing & Gas to replace them both.
Why do I have no hot water?
Just moved into a new home, having a cold shower? Usually, the hot water system has turned off/ tripped the circuit or the pilot has gone out. If this is not the case, it could be your storage unit has split or is leaking and would need to be replaced if so call HYM Plumbing & Gas.

What are the signs of a damaged drain?
You may notice the following signs of a damaged drain:
